INDIVIDUAL AIRLINE RESERVATIONS

 

For those making their own airline reservations to/from the US and South Africa, please note the following:

 

On June 29, the group arrives the Johannesburg airport at 4:35am. 

If you arrive before or after the group, you are responsible for any additional lodging and transportation arrangements required.

 

Those making their own arrangements are welcome to meet the group upon their arrival at Johannesburg Airport to board the buses and commence the tour.  If your flight arrangements do not coincide with the group, we will provide you with detailed transportation advice, meeting locations, and contact information to join the group in the city during the day on June 29.

 

The tour officially ends in Capetown on July 10.  If you are not going on the extension tour, you should arrange your individual return flight from Capetown. You are welcome to transfer with the group from the hotel to the Capetown Airport.  We expect to arrive the airport at 11:00am on July 10.  If you are departing from Capetown, and your departure time does not coincide with the group, you are responsible for your own transportation from the hotel to the airport.
